This red oolong is the ninth in my experiment notebook. This is oolong prolonged fermentation in a low oxygen environment. After 50 hours of fermentation, the tea remained light, and only after it was decomposed for oxidation for two hours. Raw materials - kidney leaf, kidney two leaves. And even with such raw materials it turned out to be very sweet.

Only now I understand that with the example of this tea it became absolutely clear how to control sugar in tea. Before fermentation, the tea lay in the sun for 35 minutes. In fact, this is the most sweet tea that could be obtained from this raw material.

The aroma of dry tea leaves: melon, dried fruits, cane sugar. From this sweet bouquet, a lily tries to break through, which adds to the aroma of complexity and elegance. The aroma of the infusion is quiet, not intense, in the foreground is cane sugar and the bark of the tree, in the background is a dried banana and minerality.

The body is enveloping the lung. On the palate, honey, apricot, red grapes, apple kernel. In the aftertaste, dried fruits, grapes, apple bone.
