The selected tea bushes from the Tai Shan tea plantation are shaded some time before the picking, so that a higher chlorophyll content can be achieved.
Ingredients: matcha green tea powder.
Infuse 2g (one bag) of Matcha powder with 200 ml of 80-90°C hot water inside a Matcha tea bowl or inside a shaker and whisk with the bamboo whisk or directly inside the shaker for approx. 1-2 min.
